Practice from home, with a team behind you
Connected Care Health is a telehealth-only practice, so every clinical role is remote. We'd like to hear from licensed clinicians in Pennsylvania and Georgia who want steady supervision, a varied caseload, and a schedule that works.

Why join us
Remote work that doesn't mean working alone
Telehealth can be a lonely way to practice. One session ends, the next one opens, and a whole day goes by without a conversation with a colleague. We don't want that for our clinicians, so supervision and consultation are a regular part of the work here, not something you have to go looking for.
Because we're telehealth only, you can see clients anywhere in the state where you're licensed, from a quiet room at home. The people who reach out to us are often looking for what an office can't easily offer: evening and weekend hours, care in their own language, or help that isn't a long drive away.
What working here looks like
What clinicians can expect
The practical side of the job, from where you work to who you see.
Fully remote
Every session is by secure video, so there's no office to commute to in either state. You work from a private space of your own.
Supervision built into the week
Regular clinical supervision led by Dr. John Gore, plus consultation when a case needs a second set of eyes.
A caseload with range
Teens from age 12 and adults, across individual therapy, couples and family work, EMDR, and an Intensive Outpatient Program.
Two states, one standard
Clinicians licensed in Pennsylvania, Georgia, or both work under the same clinical standards and get the same support.
Your languages count
We offer care in 8 languages, so clinicians who work in a language besides English, including ASL, are especially welcome.
Hours with room to choose
The practice is open 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week. We'll talk with you about a schedule that fits the rest of your life.
Who we hire
Licensed clinicians in Pennsylvania and Georgia
We're interested in licensed mental health professionals, such as Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), who hold an active license in Pennsylvania, Georgia, or both.
Experience with trauma and EMDR, couples and family work, substance use, adolescents, or intensive outpatient programming is a plus. So is experience delivering therapy by video, though we'll help you get comfortable with it.
Multilingual clinicians are especially welcome, particularly those who work in Spanish, Arabic, Polish, Hindi, Urdu, Pashto, or American Sign Language (ASL).
Training & development
Support that keeps going after your first month
Good telehealth takes more than a video link. New clinicians get comfortable with how we handle care at a distance, including confirming a client's location, protecting privacy on both ends of the call, and planning for safety when you aren't in the same room.
After that, supervision and consultation continue as a regular part of the job, and we encourage ongoing training in the methods our clients ask for, from EMDR to culturally responsive care.
